滤膜堵塞式污染检测仪的流场模拟

摘要 介绍DW1滤膜堵塞式污染检测仪的结构及工作原理,在Fluent软件中导入污染检测仪微孔滤膜部分流场的三维图,建立流场分析的数学模型,对污染检测仪在工作过程中流体的速度场、压力场、流体轨迹进行仿真分析。结果表明,污染仪检测流场以中心对称,两个涡流区域对整体流场影响很小,受黏性阻力影响,速度和压力在多孔介质区域均有跃降;增加进口段管径可以获得较大的跨膜压力差。流场模拟实现了检测仪检测过程的可视化,分析结果可以对滤膜堵塞型污染度检测装置的设计优化提供参考。 The configuration and testing principle of DW1 Medium-Blocking-Type fluid contamination level measurer were simply introduced. The three-dimensional image of flow field around micro-pore filter membrane sensor was imported to the Fluent software, and the mathematic model for analyzing the flow field was established. Based on Fluent, the veloci- ty field, the pressure field and the fluid trajectory during testing with DW1 fluid contamination level measurer were ana- lyzed. The results show that the flow field is centro-symmetric, two eddy regions have little influence on the whole flow field, and the velocity and the pressure jump down during the porous zone since the influence of viscosity resistance. Increasing the pipe diameter in the inlet region can get a larger trans-membrane pressure. Visualization of detection process was realized by flow field simulation method, and the simulation results can provide a reference for improving the structure of Medium-Blocking-Type fluid contamination level measurer.
