摘要 液压油中固体颗粒污染物和水分含量的在线检测是通过安装在机械设备液压系统中的传感器来实现的,由于液压系统的工作压力和温度较高,传感器的测量结果容易受到影响。通过分析影响污染度传感器工作的因素,提出一种基于相对湿度和绝对湿度关系曲线的水分传感器标定方法。结果表明,工作流量和系统压力影响污染度传感器的测试结果,在40~80℃范围内温度变化对污染度传感器测试结果没有影响,根据相对湿度-绝对湿度关系曲线得出的水分含量检测结果误差在5%以内,能够满足使用要求。 Continuous measurements of solid particle contaminant and water content could be realized by sensors in- stalled in hydraulic system of equipment. Due to the operating temperature and pressure of hydraulic systems were high, measurement results of sensors were easily affected.The factors influencing measurement of particle sensor were discussed and a calibration method of humidity sensor was brought out based on the curve of relative humidity and absolute humidity. Results show that flow rate and system pressure have influence on the measurement of particle sensor, while temperature change has no influence between 40 ℃ and 80 ℃ .The error range of water content measurement can be limited to less than 5% based on the curve of relative humidity and absolute humidity,which meets the requirement.
