复合材料自润滑罗拉轴承制备与表征

摘要 探讨在己内酰胺基填加碳纤维、石墨的自润滑罗拉轴承制备方法。通过注塑成型制备了复合材料自润滑细纱机罗拉轴承,对比分析了不同样品的摩擦、磨损、冲击、压缩和纺纱性能。结果表明:填加不超过20%的碳纤维和石墨可明显降低复合材料的摩擦因数和磨损量,碳纤维增强了复合材料的冲击强度和压缩强度;石墨使复合材料冲击强度和压缩强度下降,但石墨对复合材料的摩擦磨损性能影响较大。认为:20%碳纤维、20%石墨填加己内酰胺基制备的细纱机自润滑罗拉轴承摩擦磨损性能较理想、耐冲击强度大、抗压缩性能好,成纱条干CV值小、纱线断裂强度大,是综合摩擦、力学和纺纱性能较好的高性能自润滑罗拉轴承。 Preparation method of self lubrication roller bearing with caprolactam group added in carbon fiber and graphite was discussed. Self-lubrication roller bearing in spinning frame with composite material was prepared by injection molding. Properties such as friction, abrasion,impact, compression and spinnability of different sam ples were compared and analyzed. The test results show that the friction coefficient and abrasion loss can be obvi ously decreased with adding amount of carbon fiber and graphite less than 20%. Impact strength and compression strength of composite material are strengthened by carbon fiber. Impact strength and compression strength of composite material are decreased by graphite. However, graphite has great influence on the friction and abrasion properties of composite material. It is considered that self-lubrication roller bearing in spinning frame made with 20 % carbon fiber and 20% graphite by adding caprolactam group has better friction and abrasion properties, bigger impact-resisting property,better compress resisting property,smaller evenness CV value and bigger breaking strength of yarn. It is a better sellubrication roller bearing with higher performance combining friction, meehani cal and spinnability.
