摘要
现代物流业发展迅速,但缺少提升用户体验的服务设计。以品牌形象理论为基础的物流设备品牌的服务设计迫在眉睫。品牌形象理论使企业与用户之间形成了一种对企业品牌的伴随着外界噪音的参与反馈关系。而减少噪音的关键是依托服务设计提升品牌的用户体验。对"友佳"物流设备品牌的服务设计证明了这种做法的有效性。
The modern logistics is developing very fast, but is with terrible service design. The problems in the domestic logistics industry currently is that logistics equipment suppliers are required to help customers to do the service design which is an effective means to enhance corporate brand image. It is based on the brand image theory by the case of analyzing the service design of logistics equipment manufacturers: FEELER.
