新型社区情境式养老环境设计初探——以杭州下沙江湾社区养老环境设计为例

DISCUSSION ON THE SITUATION BASED ENDOWMENT ENVIRONMENT DESIGN OF NEW TYPE COMMUNITY——TAKING HANGZHOU XIASHA JIANGWAN COMMUNITY ENDOWMENT ENVIRONMENT DESIGN AS AN EXAMPLE

本文以杭州下沙江湾社区为例,以社区养老环境为目标对象,在相关养老环境案例、文献理论汇集以及基地现场分析的基础上,以城市景观、街巷景观、农业景观三个主题为基础构建情境,即社区情境式养老环境设计策略。希望从老年群体自身感受出发,构建若干贴近生活的情境,满足他们对日常生活的需要、找到对生活环境的归属感、实现作为老年群体的自我价值,从而缓解日益严峻的老龄化社会问题,同时也为其他养老环境的更新与拓展提供设计方法。

The article takes Hangzhou Xiasha Jiangwan community as an example and takes the endowment environment of community as the object, construcl different situations based on three themes： urban landscape, street landscape and agricultural landscape after studying on the related endowment environmental cases, literature collection and site analysis, which is called community situation based endowment environment design strategy. Hope to construct situation close to the fife of elderly in order to meet their needs of daily life, find the sense of belonging and achieve self value, so as to alleviate the increasingly serious problem of the aging society. The paper provides a design method for other endowment environment renewal and development.
