On May 26,Liu Qi, Ningbo's Party Chief, visited the industrial base of China South Locomotive & Rolling Corporate(CSR) in Ningbo. He emphasized that as a national key large-scale manufacturing enterprise, CSR must seize the opportunity of the nation's 'One Belt and One Road' strategy and 'Made in China 2025'strategy to build a global advanced equipment and new energy industry.
