摘要
近年来,为了改善办学质量,提高竞争力,各高校都积极进行多方面的改革,人事管理改革就是其中较为重要的一项。以基于公平理论的高校人事管理改革的积极意义为逻辑起点,对高校人事管理过程中的不公平现象及原因进行深入分析,最后以问题为导向提出基于公平理论的高校人事管理对策,以期对高校人事管理改革有所帮助。
Over the years, colleges and universities are making various reforms actively so as to improve the quality of running schools and enhance their competitiveness. Among those reforms, the personnel management reform is one of the most important. Based on the theory of fairness, this paper made an in-depth analysis on the reasons of the unfair phenomenon in the process of personnel management and then put forward some countermeasures in an attempt to improve personnel management reform.
