高校在21世纪海上丝绸之路建设中的角色思考——以福建泉州为例

建设"21世纪海上丝绸之路"是国家做出的重大战略决策,这也是高校发展的难得机遇和共同责任。福建泉州是古代"海丝"起点城市,要建设"海丝"先行区,高校应把自身战略与地方战略对接起来,把学校的特色优势与"海丝"先行区建设的需要对接起来,找准定位、重构功能,并在勇担使命中实现自身的跨越发展。

Constructing the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road is a major strategic decision in China, as well as the rare opportunity and shared responsibility for the development of colleges.Quanzhou is the starting city of ancient Maritime Silk Road. In the new period, Quanzhou put forward the concept of building the leading area of 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road, which was confirmed by the country. Colleges should connect their own strategies to local strategy, integrate their own characteristics with the demand of building the leading area, and take their own responsibilities.
