论离校未就业大学生的职业指导

On the career guidance of unemployed college graduates

高等教育大众化,使高校毕业生数量逐年增加;社会转型期和产业结构调整,对人才要求不断提高;毕业生就业竞争力和就业期望值的差异,离校未就业问题日益突出。通过分析大学生离校未就业的成因,明确高校职业指导工作的现状和面临的挑战,加强职业指导队伍建设和离校未就业大学生的管理,突出人职匹配和指导服务,推动离校未就业大学生的职业指导工作更上一个新台阶。

The number of college graduates has increased year by year due to the popularization of higher education. With social transition and industrial restructuring, higher demands have been made on the talents; the differences in competitiveness and expectations of college graduates have made the unemployment issue become increasingly prominent. This paper analyzed the reasons of unemployment for college graduates, and defined the situation and challenge of vocational guidance work. It proposed to strengthen the team-building and the management of unemployed college graduates, and highlight the person-position match and guidance services, so as to promote the career guidance work.
