高校图书馆员作为一个特定的职业群体,由于社会地位、人事制度、工作环境等因素,长期面临着心理上的困境,给工作带来了诸多负面影响。图书馆员需要更多的人文关怀,从积极调试失衡心理入手,发挥其主观能动性,进行自我调节与保健,以切实提升健康水平。

As a specific occupational group, due to such factors as social status, personnel system, and working conditions etc., librarians in colleges and universities face the long-term psychological plight, which also brings some negative impact to work. Some measures were proposed： appealing people from all parts of the society to show more humanistic care to the librarians, adjusting the mental imbalance, and guiding the librarians to give full play to the initiative in self-regulation and health care.
