控压钻井技术、设备与应用 被引量:1

摘要 在大多数钻井作业中,大量经费用于解决钻井相关的问题,包括卡钻、井漏和过高的泥浆成本。为了降低这类问题所引起的非生产时间(NPT)百分比,其目的是控制环空压力损失,特别是在因孔隙压力和破裂压力梯度太靠近而被称为窄安全密度窗口,如果我们能够解决这个问题,钻探井花费将下降,从而使以前认为难以钻进的窄安全密度窗口井也可以实现钻井。控压钻井(MPD)是一种新技术,它通过控制环空压力损失使我们能够克服这些类型的钻井问题。由于石油行业对这项技术了解程度还不够深入,文章讲述了控压钻井技术原理,并着重描述在钻井中应用的巨大优势。
