摘要
党的十八届三中全会从完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系的角度出发,提出创新社会治理的重大战略任务,把依法治理确定为社会治理的基本方式,对当前法治文化建设提出了新的要求。针对我国法治文化建设的现状,提出了创新社会治理主体法治文化建设的对策思考。
From the perspective of perfecting the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and advancing the national governance system,the third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC proposes a major strategic task of innovating social governance,determines the rule of law to be the basic form of social governance,and puts forward new requirements for the current legal culture construction.For the current situation of legal culture construction in our country,this paper puts forward countermeasures of innovating the legal culture construction of social governance subject.
