摘要
针对村级动物防疫员选拨、培训、提高待遇、落实责任等几个方面,阐述了稳定村级防疫员队伍,提高村级动物防疫员工作的紧迫性,论证了加强村级动物防疫员管理的必要性,提出了必须加强村级动物防疫员组织和管理,才能有效提高重大动物疫病防控能力。
This paper discussed the stability of village-level village-level epidemic prevention personnel team through select, training, improve the treatment, carry out the responsibility and the urgency. Demonstrates the necessity of strengthening management, improve the capacity of prevention and control of major animal disease.
