用户体验视角下数字阅读平台人机交互界面的比较研究

Comparative Studies on the Human-Computer Interaciton and Digital Reading Platform:From the Perspective of User Experience

随着数字阅读平台市场竞争的愈发激烈,用户体验成为满足用户需求的重要环节。为了对数字阅读平台的界面进行评价,本文引入了感知示能性理论,尝试性地构建了一套评价框架,包括14个具体的设计准则。在此基础上,本文对网易云阅读和QQ阅读两款应用平台(APP)的人机交互界面进行对比分析,总结出了数字阅读平台个性化、社交化等若干界面特点以及内容形式多样化等发展趋势。

As the competition in digital reading market is becoming fiercer and fiercer, user experience plays an important role in meeting users＇ needs. In order to evaluate the digital reading interface, this paper attempts to set up an evaluation framework based on the theory of perceived affordance, which consists of fourteen specific desigqa guidelines. Then we conduct comparative analysis on the human-computer interfaces of QQ Reader and Easy Reader accordingly, and make a summary of the features of these digital reading platforms.
