摘要
中东呼吸综合征（MERS）自2012年被首次报道以来，其严重的临床表现及高病死率一直受到人们关注。现就MERS的流行病学、可能的发病机制、临床表现（特别是儿童的临床特征）、治疗及应对措施等方面的进展作概要综述，以期提高广大儿科临床工作者对该病的认识。
Since Middle Easrespiratory syndrome （MERS） wafirsreported in 2012, the severe clinical symptomand high mortality have been concerned. The epidemiology, possible pathogenesis, clinical manifestation（ especially in children） , treatmenand countemeasureof MERwere reviewed in thipaper.
