甲巯咪唑联合雷公藤多甙治疗甲亢患者的疗效及安全性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨分析甲巯咪唑联合雷公藤多甙治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(以下简称甲亢)患者的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2010年5月至2014年4月潢川县人民医院接治的84例甲亢患者的临床记录资料。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为90.48%,高于对照组的69.05%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后治疗组的血清游离三碘甲状腺氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平明显少于对照组,促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平明显高于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平高于对照组,血浆骨钙素(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率虽略高于对照,但差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗组的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论甲巯咪唑联合雷公藤多甙治疗甲亢患者的疗效显著,不良反应少,具有临床推广价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of methimazole combined with tripterygium gly- cosides in treatment of hyperthyreosis. Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with hyperthyreosis in the people' s hos- pital of Huangchuan from May 2010 to April 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effec- tive rate of the treatment group (90. 48% ) was higher than that of the control group(69.05% ), there was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The FT3, FT4 levels of treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group after treatment; TSH level was significantly higher than that of the control group; SOD, GSH-Px levels were higher; BGP and AKP level were lower; all the differences above were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence of adverse reactions of treat- ment group was slightly higher than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). The re- currence rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The mcthimazole combined with tripterygium glycosides in treatment of hyperthyreosis has excellent outcomes and few adverse reactions, so is worth clinical application.
