三管疗法治疗食管破裂4例分析

Three tube therapy in the treatment of 4 patients with esophageal rupture

目的研究三管疗法治疗4例食管破裂患者的疗效。方法选取2011年11月至2014年5月在济源市人民医院接受治疗的自发性食管破裂患者4例。保守治疗1例，行食管修补术治疗3例。对4例患者的临床效果进行分析研究。结果3例患者治愈，1例中途放弃治疗。行食管修补术治疗的2例患者的住院时间为35、32d，2例患者切口愈合良好；经保守治疗的I例患者住院时间为47d。患者饮食状况、睡眠状况、手术切口恢复情况、腹痛、恶心、呕吐等临床症状均恢复正常，未出现食管反流、食管狭窄等临床症状。结论食管破裂是一种胸外科临床急症，早期就诊、早期诊断、早期治疗对于食管破裂患者具有重要意义。

Objective To study the effect of three tube therapy on 4 patients with esophageal rupture. Methods From November 2011 to May 2014, 4 patients with spontaneous esophageal rupture in the people＇ s hospital of Jiyuan were selected. One case was given conservative treatment, 3 cases were given esophageal repairment. The clinical effects of the 4 patients were analyzed. Results Three patients were cured, 1 case gave up treatment. Hospitalization of 2 patients with esophageal repairment was 35 days, 32 days, the wounds of 2 cases healed well. The hospitalized time of 1 patient with conservative treatment was 47 days. The diet condition, sleep condition, operation wound recovery, abdominal pain, nau- sea, vomiting and other symptoms returned to normal, and there was no reflux, esophageal stenosis or other clinical symp- toms. Conclusions Esophageal rupture is a clinical emergency in department of thoracic surgery, early treatment, early diagnosis, and early treatment is important for the patients with esophageal rupture.
