盆腔灌注法治疗慢性盆腔炎效果观察

Effect observation of pelvic perfusion on chronic pelvic inflammatory

目的探讨盆腔灌注法治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法选取舞阳县人民医院妇产科2013年6月至2014年6月收治的132例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者给予静脉输液进行治疗，观察组患者给予盆腔灌入进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果经过有效治疗后，观察组患者治愈44例，有效21例，无效1例，总有效率为98．5％；对照组患者治愈32例，有效25例，无效9例，总有效率为86．4％，观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者不良反应发生率为6．1％，治疗后复发率为4．5％；对照组患者不良反应发生率为18．2％，复发率为15．2％，观察组患者复发率和不良反应率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论盆腔灌注法对于慢性盆腔炎患者临床效果明显，复发率低，不良反应少，该方法值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic perfusion on chronic pelvic inflammatory. Methods Onehundred and thirty-two patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory in department of obstetrics and gynecology in Wuyang people＇ s hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given in- travenous fluids treatment, observation group was treated by pelvic poured treatment. The clinical outcomes, recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After the effective treatment, in the observation group, 44 cases were cured, effective in 21 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 98. 5%. In the control group, 52 cases were cured, effective in 25 cases, ineffective in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 86.4%. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 6. 1%, the recurrence rate was 4. 5% in the observation group; In the control group, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 18.2%, the recurrence rate was 15.2%. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The clinical effect of pelvic perfusion on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is obvious, the recurrence rate is low, has fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy in clinical application.
