摘要
为研究黄连提取物对植物病原真菌抑制作用,采用平板生长速率法初筛抑菌活性,以二倍稀释平板生长速率法测定物质协同抑菌活性,对五种常见植物病原真菌小麦赤霉、玉米小斑、水稻纹枯、番茄灰霉、油菜菌核的抑制率分别为:93.39%、96.89%、70.92%、100%、91.22%。以孢子萌发的抑制作用、菌丝形态、细胞膜的通透性对抑菌机理进行了初步研究。
The antifungal activity of the extract of Coptis chinensis against Gibberella zeae, Helminthosporium maydis, Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis Cinerea and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was determined by the plate growth rate method.The synergistic effects of extracts were tested using double dilution plate method.The results showed that the inhibition rates of C.chinensis extract against G.zeae, H.maydis, R.solani, B.Cinerea and S.sclerotiorum were 93.39%,96.89%,70.92%,100% and 91.22% respectively.Meanwhile,its action mechanism was studied by means of spore germination inhibition,mycelial morphology and cell membrane permeability.
