摘要
以海南产艾纳香为原料,采用紫外—可见分光光度法测定艾纳香不同部位总黄酮、多酚的含量及清除自由基的能力,并分析抗氧化活性与其多酚和总黄酮含量的相关性。艾纳香不同部位提取液均有抗氧化活性,并在一定浓度范围内,与多酚和总黄酮含量存在明显量效关系。相关性分析结果表明,多酚和总黄酮对艾纳香抗氧化活性均有较大贡献,多酚和总黄酮是艾纳香抗氧化活性的主要成分,其中艾纳香功能叶和嫩叶为其主要活性部位。
In this study,the total contents of flavonoids and phenolic acids from different parts of Blumea balsamifera were determined using UV-Vis spectroscopic method.The free radical scavenging activity of flavonoids and phenolic acids from different parts of B.balsamifera were also determined.The correlations between total phenolic and flavonoid contents and the antioxidant activity of B.balsamifera were then analyzed.The results showed that different parts of B.balsamifera extracts had antioxidant activity within a certain concentration range.Correlation analysis indicated that total phenolic and flavonoids of B.balsamifera had a larger contribution to antioxidant activity.The total flavonoids and phenolic acid were the main antioxidant component of B.balsamifera,and of which functional and tender leaves were the main active parts.
