This paper introduces the research on abnormal noise generated inside a vehicle transmission when the air conditioning idle is carried out, including the failure analysis, test data, CAE simulation, cause analysis, plan formulation, comparison test and so on, finally through the damping coefficient of clutch driven plate adjustment, solves the problem of the abnormal sound.
