摘要 进入21世纪以来,广西加快转变畜牧业发展方式,发挥饲草资源优势,大力发展草食动物,养殖方式由农户小规模散养向专业化规模养殖转变,据统计,目前广西规模肉牛场(存栏50头以上)249个。为了进一步推动广西畜禽标准化规模养殖发展,从2010年开始,自治区水产畜牧兽医局连续5年组织开展畜禽养殖标准化示范创建活动,截止2014年底,全区共创建了19个肉牛养殖标准化示范场,其中国家级肉牛标准化示范场5个,自治区级肉牛标准化示范场14个。这些标准化示范场代表了广西养牛业先进生产技术水平,是今后一个时期行业发展的方向。文章以规模化肉牛场(年出栏育肥牛500头以上,或存栏能繁母牛50头以上)为对象,包括品种优良化、养殖设施化、生产规范化、防疫制度化、粪污无害化五个方面的技术要求,为转变肉牛养殖生产方式提供技术性指导。 In the 21st century, Guangxi accelerate the transformation of animal husbandry development mode, play forage resources, vigorously develop herbivore, small-scale farming households from the backyard to the professional scale fanning change, according to statistics, Guangxi beef cattle farm size (population 50 and above) 249. To further promote the standardization of large-scale breeding of livestock development in our region, starting in 2010, the autonomous region of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau of Fisheries for five consecutive years organized livestock standardization demonstration activities to create, by the end of 2014, the region has created a standardized 19 beef cattle breeding demonstration games, including the national beef cattle standardized demonstration farm 5, regional level standardized demonstration farm cattle 14. These standardized demonstration farm on behalf of the cattle industry in Guangxi advanced production technology, the future direction of development of a period of industry. Taking large-scale beef cattle farm (50 or more years of slaughter cattle fattening 500 or more, or herds can be complicated cow) of objects, including fine varieties of breeding facilities, production standardization and institutionalization prevention, manure harmless five aspects of technical requirements, provide technical guidance for the transformation of cattle breeding production.
