摘要
2013年国家林业局提出智慧林业的概念,旨在利用信息化技术提高林业发展水平。广西林业信息化工作因各种因素,仍停留在办公自动化这个层面,且各单位各自为政,信息孤岛效应严重。文章以广西各区直林业单位的信息资源整合为出发点,从示范区组成、主干信息系统建设、组织框架和组织关系等多个方面,阐述了如何构建广西智慧林业示范区。
