提升国有企业员工培训效果的策略探讨

摘要 因为员工培训在员工知识更新、技能培训等方面的重要作用,使得这一工作目前已经成为了企业管理的重要内容,越来越多的企业开始在员工培训方面加大投入力度,希望能够助推企业不断发展壮大。目前国有企业在员工培训方面没有太多的经验积累,加上对于这一工作开展的重视不足,因此员工培训效果不是很理想,这对于企业核心竞争优势的构筑产生了一定的负面影响。文章对于国有企业员工培训的内涵、原则、意义进行了逐一探讨,深入分析了国有企业员工培训中存在的具体问题,并针对这些问题,全面的探讨了国有企业员工培训的具体策略。 Because an important role in terms of stafftraining employees to update their knowledge, skills training, so that this work has now become an important part of enterprise management, More and more enterprises begin to increase investment in staff training, hoping to boost business growing. State-owned enterprises do not currently in staff training much accumulated experience, coupled with the lack of attention to the work carried out, so employee training is not very ideal, which for enterprises to build core competitive advantage had some negative impact. In this paper, the connotation of state-owned enterprises for staff training, the principle of significance are discussed one by one, in-depth analysis of the specific problem of state-owned enterprises that exist in employee training, and to address these issues, a comprehensive discussion of the specific strategies SOE staff training.
