乳腺癌多药耐药机制及其逆转策略研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 目的:为乳腺癌的化疗提供参考。方法:查阅近年来国内外相关文献,对乳腺癌多药耐药机制及其逆转策略的研究进展进行归纳和总结。结果与结论:乳腺癌多药耐药产生的机制复杂,化学药物、细胞因子、免疫治疗、基因技术、中药、药物载体等逆转策略能有效逆转乳腺癌耐药。针对不同的乳腺癌耐药分子机制,开发新的逆转剂和逆转策略,有助于解决乳腺癌多药耐药这一难题。
