立体化巷道布置对综放厚煤层自然发火的影响

摘要 针对传统综放厚煤层开采过程中遗煤较多、煤层易发火的问题,从巷道布置上分析了煤层自然发火的根本原因,提出了沿煤层顶板和底板分别布置区段回风巷和进风巷的立体化巷道布置方案。然后根据影响煤炭自燃危险性的因素建立层次结构模型及各层次判断矩阵,应用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法对煤层自然发火的危险性进行分析。分析结果表明,新型立体巷道布置体系使煤层自然发火的危险性降低一个等级。实际生产验证,采用立体化巷道布置以来工作面及采空区均未发生自然发火,证实了研究的客观性。 In allusion to the spontaneous combustion problem of coal seams in the process of full mechanized top-coal caving mining,analyzing the reason of coal spontaneous combustion,we have presented three-dimensional roadway layout scheme which along the seam roof and floor layouts section return airway and air intake.Then according to the influencing factors of coal spontaneous combustion hazard,the hierarchy structure model was established including each level judgment matrix,and used the combination of qualitative and quantitative AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)analysis.The results showed that using the new roadway layout system the danger of the coal seam spontaneous combustion has a lower level.Actual production verification,using three-dimensional roadway layout scheme,Spontaneous combustion has not occurred In working face and goaf.This verification confirmed the objectivity of research.
