摘要
根据分段凿岩阶段空场法的发展途径,优化了矿块结构参数和采准工程布置形式,采用高分段大跨度的采场结构参数,改善了矿块损贫指标,缩短了采准周期;应用上向留矿间隔装药分次爆破拉槽技术,改进了装药结构,加快了拉槽进度;研究应用分次集中爆破压角回采技术,既提高了采矿强度,又缩短了空区顶板最大暴露面积期,确保回采期矿房的稳定。通过实践,试验采场生产能力提高了3倍,采矿成本降低了30%,为企业产能提升和技术进步奠定了良好的基础,该优化研究对分段凿岩阶段空场法的发展和类似矿山的应用具有很好的借鉴价值。
According to the development way of the sublevel drilling and bench open stopping method,ore blocks structure parameters and the arrangement form of mining preparation engineering were optimized.The high sublevel and long span ore blocks structure parameters were used to improve index of loss and poorness and reduce the mining preparation time.The technology of intermittent charge trenching blasting was used to improve the charging structure and accelerate cutting progress.Fractionated concentrated burst pressure angle mining technology was used to improve the strength of mine and shorten maximum exposure time of roof area,which ensured stability of recovery stope.The practice results showed that stope production capacity increased 3-fold and mining costs reduced by 30%for enterprises productivity and technological progress a good foundation.The optimization study had a good reference value to the development of sublevel drilling and bench open stopping method and the application of similar mining.
