深井高地应力复合岩层巷道围岩控制技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对深部矿井高地应力巷道围岩整体变形量大、持续时间长、局部破坏严重的围岩控制难题,以深井大倾角、复合岩层巷道掘进为工程背景,在进行系统地质力学测试、围岩变形破坏特征分析、支护形式选取与现场试验的基础上,对深井超高地应力巷道围岩控制技术进行研究。通过优化锚杆支护参数、合理选择护表形式与构件,实现了深部高地应力复合岩层巷道围岩的一次主动支护,有效控制了深部高地应力巷道围岩的长期持续变形,改变了深部岩巷"前掘后修、反复维修"的局面,取得了良好的现场应用效果。 According to the difficulties of roadway surroundings control with high in-suit stress in deep coal mine,such as large integrate deformation for long time,serious local broken and so on,the suitable supporting forms and scientific surroundings control methods of roadway were researched.The typical roadway with large-dip angle and compound strata was selected as engineering background in deep coal mine.Some main supporting design ideas were determined by systematic geo-mechanical on-site tests,analyzing the characteristics of surroundings deformation and its failure zones.The engineering practice proved that the optimized supporting manners and parameters could make roadway surroundings in stable state,reduce roadway repair tasks and achieve effectively supporting by once for roadway surroundings in deep coal mine.
