摘要
本文以某含砷金精矿二段焙烧焙砂为研究对象,针对焙砂中金主要被赤铁矿包裹的特点,采用硫酸溶液+助浸剂浸出的方法对包裹金进行有效解离,使包裹金充分暴露,达到提高金浸出率的效果。研究了硫酸浓度,酸浸温度,助浸剂加入量等因素对铁浸出率的影响及对酸浸渣氰化过程金浸出率的影响。在最佳工艺条件下,该工艺比工业生产常用的二段焙砂→酸洗→氰化金浸出率提高12%左右。
In this paper,the experiments were investigated to enhance the gold leaching rate from a two stages roasting calcine of arsenic-containing gold concentrate.Due to the calcine's property that major of gold was wrapped up by hematite,the method that sulphuric acid + helper leaching agent was used to dissociate gold being wrapped up was adopted,which could make gold being wrapped up exposed plenarily,and then enhanced the leaching rate of gold.The effect of sulphuric acid concentration,leaching temperature and the amount of helper leaching agent addition etc.on the iron leaching rate and the leaching rate of gold for cyanide process from the acid leaching residue.Under the optimum process conditions,compared to the two stages roasting calcine-pickling-cyanide leaching process,the gold leaching rate of this process increased about 12%.
