摘要
以河南南召某低品位长石矿为研究对象,根据矿石的化学多项分析、工艺矿物学研究和X衍射分析,查明了物质组成和赋存状态。试验结果表明:采用简单的工艺流程,通过磨矿、脱泥、差异分选、磁选,可使原矿中Fe2O3含量0.83%降到0.20%,同时获得的精矿产率为83.9%。并用该长石精矿制备了饰面用微晶玻璃板,当长石精矿占基础玻璃质量的40%时,制备的制品硬度为6.5,弯曲强度105.2MPa,吸水率为0,指标优于人造大理岩,为低品位长石开发利用提供了新的利用途径。
Taking a low grade of Feldspar from Henan Province as the object of study.According to chemical analysis,X-diffraction analysis,and research of process mineralogy,It is identified the ore composition and occurrence states.This paper uses simple process,appropriate size of ground product,desliming-granularity,magnetic intensity.Succeeds in separating effectively iron-oxide grade 0.83%sample.by grinding,desliming,the differences separation,magnetic separation,get concentrate iron-oxide grade 0.20%,productivity 83.9%.Glass ceramics used for veneer are prepared,by making use of the concentrate.When it adds 40%,The hardness of products are 6.5,flexural strength are 105.2MPa.It is better than Artificial marble.It provides a new way to develop this type of feldspar.
