摘要
以微波法合成的碳量子点为荧光探针,建立了测定Cd^2+的荧光猝灭法。在pH4.0的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,体系荧光猝灭强度和Cd^2+浓度呈线性关系,线性回归方程为 ΔF=0.1598p+8.1781,相关系数为0.9982,线性范围为1.0~500μg/L,检出限为0.5μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.3%,回收率为98.6%~101.6%。方法已用于环境水中痕量Cd的测定。
A novel fluorescence quenching method for the detection of trace cadmium ion has been developed by using carbon quantum dots as a fluorescence probe,which was synthesized via a microwave assisted route. In pH4. 0 acetic acid-sodium acetate( HAc-Na Ac) buffer solution, a linear relationship was obtained between fluorescence intensity and concentration of cadmium ion. the equation of linear regression is ΔF = 0. 1598ρ +8. 1781,with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9982 and linear range of 1. 0 - 500 μg/ L. Furthermore,this analytical method was also featured with the detection limit as low as 0. 5 μg/ L,relative standard deviation of1. 3 % and recovery rate between 98. 6% and 101. 6%. This facile and rapid method exported satisfactory results for the determination of trace cadmium ion in application.
