摘要
采用单因素实验和正交优化实验探讨提取液质量浓度、超声功率、液料比、提取时间四个因素对糖蛋白得率的影响,并通过正交优化实验优化糖蛋白提取工艺,得到的优化提取工艺参数为:物料粒度60目、提取液质量浓度0.6g/L、提取时间2.5h、液料比18、超声波功率300W、提取次数为2次,在此工艺条件下,糖蛋白得率的平均值为1.678%,表明该工艺可行。
Glycoprotein from sweet potato residues and main process conditions were optimized by single - factor experiments combined with orthogonal optimization experiment. The yield of glyeoprotein was investigated with respect to material particle size, extracting concentration, extracting time ,liquid - to - material ratio, ultrasonic wave powers. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were material particle size 60 mesh, extracting times 2 times, extracting concentration 0. 6g/L,extracting time 2.5h, material -to -liquid ratiol8, ultrasonic wave powers 300W. Under the optimal extraction conditions,the yield of glycoprotein was 1. 675%, respectively.
