抗菌剂/硅橡胶复合材料研究进展

Research Progress on Antibacterial/Silicon Rubber

硅橡胶具有对人体组织无毒和生物相容性好等良好性能,因而被广泛用于医用材料、医疗器械和药物缓释材料等,其中抗菌剂主要包括天然抗菌剂、金属型抗菌剂、有机抗菌剂及复合抗菌剂。本文通过分析国内外填充型抗菌剂改性硅橡胶复合材料抗菌性能,对比了不同类型填充型抗菌硅橡胶材料对其抗菌性能的影响,从而提出填充型抗菌硅橡胶材料的发展趋势。

Silicone rubber has extensive application in medical materials, medical apparatuses and drugs due to its valuable properties such as no - toxic to human organism and good biocompatibility. Antimicrobial agents are divided into natural antibacterial, metal antibacterial, organic antibacterial and composite antibacterial. In this paper, the effect on the antibacterial properties of different filled silicone rubber was analyzed and compared. Finally, the research direction of antibacterial silicone rubber used as medical materials is prospected.
