摘要
采用经合理简化后的Ⅱ型渐进前沿性模型对DEHPA-Span80-液体石蜡-煤油乳化液膜体系萃取分离Cr(Ⅲ)的传质模型进行研究,此模型不仅考虑乳滴内、外扩散阻力、乳滴外界面反应,还同时考虑了乳液渗透溶胀和液膜破损效应。模型经过简化后,使用Matlab软件绘制曲线与实验结果进行对比。结果表明:模型与实际情况较为符合,在该传质过程中,传质阻力主要为乳滴内、外扩散阻力、乳滴外界面反应,且乳液渗透溶胀作用对液膜萃取影响比较大,膜破损阻力可忽略不计。
The improved mathematic models of emulsion liquid membrane (ELM) system with carrier extracting Cr (Ⅲ) from waste water has been studied. This model not only taked into account the mass transfer both inside and outside the emulsion globules,the interfacial chemical reaction, but also the influence of the permeation swelling and the breakage. This model was gained by Maflab software, and the results show that the improved mathematic model agrees well the mass transfer process in ELM system. The major resistances of the whole mass transfer process in this ELM system were the resistance of both inside and outside the emulsion globules, and the interracial chemical reaction. The resistance of membrane broken can be neglected, but the influence of the permeation swelling was relatively large.
