摘要
对比了微生物处理水和深处理污水配制聚合物溶液的黏度稳定性结果,得出细菌是影响微生物处理水配制聚合物黏度低的主要因素。对微生物处理水进行三种方式杀菌后,得出药剂杀菌后黏度保留率最高、细菌最少、粘弹性最好,其次是紫外杀菌和充氮气除氧杀菌,证实了微生物处理水经过合适的杀菌措施后可以配制聚合物溶液。
The viscosity stability of polymer solution prepared with microbiological manipulation sewage and advanced treatment oilfield sewage was compared. The results show bacterium is the dominant factor for the viscosity decressing of polymer solution prepared with microbiological manipulation sewage. Three disinfection methods were tested for microbiological manipulation sewage that was going to be used for preparing polymer colution. The results show that medical disinfection was the best method, ultraviolet and oxygen exclusion disinfection can be choosed secondly. The reserve rate of polymer solution viscosity was high, little bacterium was residual, and the polymer solution keep good viscoelastic behavior. All above researches confirm that microbiological manipulation sewage is fit for preparing polymer solution after the sewage was treated by disinfection.
