TBPA气相暴露对肺毒性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 四溴双酚A(tetrabromobisphenol A,TBBPA)是目前全球生产量和使用量最大的溴代阻燃剂之一,在环境中广泛存在,有关TBBPA毒性研究不少,但有关TBBPA气相毒性研究国内外尚未见相关报道。本研究通过模拟浙江台州地区电子垃圾拆卸地附近空气颗粒物(particulate matter,PM)中TBBPA的含量并以小鼠作为模型进行肺毒性研究,将8周龄ICR雄性小鼠随机分为4组(DMSO,DMSO+0.1μg·m-3TBBPA,DMSO+1μg·m-3TBBPA,DMSO+10μg·m-3TBBPA),放入染毒柜子中连续染毒2个月,每天染毒8 h,上午4 h,下午4 h。结果发现,肺灌洗液中白细胞总数、多形核白细胞数、总蛋白含量及碱性磷酸酶活性与对照组相比,1μg·m-3(P<0.01)和10μg·m-3(P<0.05)组均显著升高;实时荧光定量PCR显示肺组织SP-B、SP-D、CCSP基因与对照组相比,1μg·m-3(P<0.01)和10μg·m-3(P<0.05)组均显著上调。研究结果表明,TBBPA气相暴露能引起肺组织炎症、肺组织细胞膜损伤、激发肺组织自身的免疫保护及抗炎抗纤维化作用。
