摘要
介绍了一种新型的双联式气-液复合传动增压装置,分析了其整个系统的工作原理,并给出了高、低压下输出流量和输出压力的计算公式。该增压装置以压缩空气为动力源,无液压站和高速泵,符合绿色制造的理念,并且成本低、结构简单、功能完善,与现有同类装置相比,工作效率提高了2倍。
We introduce a new double pneumatic-hydraulic composite transmission boosting device,analyze the principle of the whole system,and the formulas of output flow and pressure under low-pressure and high-pressure conditions are given. The device is driven by compressed air without a hydraulic station or a high-speed pump,which fits with the green manufacturing idea. It is of low cost,simple structure and perfect function,and its work efficiency increase by 2 times as compared with the existing similar equipment.
