水下大型接插件密封和分离力测试系统的开发

摘要 水下作业设备中常用接插件和水直接接触,所以要密切关注其密封、耐压和分离力等性能。该研究开发了一套水下大型接插件密封和分离力测试系统,该系统包括水压模拟装置、油水混合装置、加载测试系统和水压控制系统。在水压模拟装置中考虑到加载力的平衡和测试过程中油缸伸缩量对水压的影响,特别设计了补偿罩装置。水压控制系统的实现是通过油水混合装置来间接控制水压。通过对被试件在10 MPa水压情况下分离力测试,所得数据验证了该水压模拟和测试方案的可行性。 The connectors used in underwater equipments are mainly characterized by the direct contact with water,and therefore seal and plug force are the key performance. In this paper,a test system for large underwater connectors is developed. The novel system includes water pressure simulation system,water oil hybrid system,loading force system and water pressure control system. In the water pressure simulation system,a compensation cover is specially designed,considering the balance of loading force and the effect of extension of cylinder on water pressure. Water pressure control is implemented through the control of the oil pressure. The experiment data under10 MPa shows that the system can meet the requirements of water pressure simulation and test of plug force.
