表面改性炭黑-白炭黑双相粒子/天然橡胶复合材料的硫化动力学(英文)

摘要 采用离子液1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑盐酸盐和1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐改性炭黑-白炭黑双相粒子(CSDPF),制备了改性CSDPF/天然橡胶复合材料的混炼胶,研究了离子液改性对橡胶硫化动力学的影响。研究发现,离子液能提高橡胶的硫化速率和交联程度,降低硫化活化能。 Ionic liquids (ILs) are novel surface modifiers of carbon-based fill- er, and receive both academic and industrial attentions. In this work, carbon-silica dual phase filler (CSDPF) was modified by ILs: 1-allyl- 3-methyl-imidazolium chloride (AMI) and 1-butlyl-3-methyl-imidazo- lium hexafluorophosphate (BMI). And the modified CSDPF (MCSD- PF) was incorporated into natural rubber(NR). The formulation is NR 100 phr, filler 50 phr, stearic acid 2 phr, ZnO 3 phr, S 3 phr, Coumarone indene resins 5 phr, antioxidant RD 1 phr, antioxidant 4010NA 1 phr, iccelerate NS O. 5 phr. The cure kinetics of these surface modified CSDPF/NR comnounds was studied.
