摘要
为了研究沥青搅拌站油改气后的使用性能及排放问题,以1台4000型搅拌站的油改气改造方案为研究对象,对分别以重油和天然气为燃料时的燃烧产物进行了理论计算,并通过试验进行了验证。结果表明:以天然气替代重油为燃料时,NOx的排放量减少了85.8%,CO的排放减少了72.2%,CO2的排放量减少了40%,并且不会产SO2,生产出的沥青混合料各方面性能符合标准规定和使用要求。
In order to study the performance and emission of asphalt mixing plant after transforming the fuel from oil into gas, the transformation scheme made for a 4000-type asphalt mixing plant was chosen as the object o~ the study. Theoretical calculation was conducted on the combustion products of heavy oil and natural gas and verified by tests. The results show that by transforming from heavy oil to natural gas, the emission of NOx reduces 85. 8%, CO reduces 72.2%, CO2 reduces 40% and no SO2 will be produced, and the asphalt mixture meets specification standards.
