活血化瘀消癥法对子宫内膜异位症的MMP-9/TIMP-3表达的影响 被引量：2

Efects of Promoting Blood Circulation to Eliminate Stasis Therapy on Expression of MMP-9 /TIMP-3 in Endometriosis

摘要 目的观察活血化瘀消癥法对子宫内膜异位症在位、异位内膜上MMP-9、TIMP-3表达的影响,探讨莪棱胶囊的作用机理。方法将90例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为3组,即莪棱胶囊组(口服莪棱胶囊)、孕三烯酮组(口服孕三烯酮)及空白对照组(不服药),各30例,3月后行腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿剔除术。采用免疫组化法检测异位、在位内膜上MMP-9、TIMP-3的表达水平。结果与空白对照组比较,莪棱胶囊组异位、在位内膜上MMP-9下降,而TIMP-3升高(P<0.05);与孕三烯酮组比较,TIMP-3的表达水平升高(P<0.05),MMP-9差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论莪棱胶囊作用机理可能与调整MMP-9/TIMP-3表达、抑制内膜的侵袭性有关。
