摘要
金堆城钼业股份有限公司选矿厂长期存在精尾钼含量高的问题,造成了资源的浪费,为了有效回收钼精尾中的有价矿物,利用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱进行了铜钼混浮-铜钼分离试验研究和工业应用。采用粗选段"一粗一精二扫"、精选段"三精一扫"的闭路分选流程对钼精尾中的铜和钼进行回收,获得了平均钼品位为34.32%、回收率为73.97%的钼精矿和平均铜品位为16.83%、回收率67.48%的铜精矿,为钼精尾的回收利用拓展了一条新的道路。
There has been existing a problem of high molybdenum Molybdenum Company, resulting in a waste of resources. In order denum concentrates effectively, the mixed floating and separation sing cyclone-static micro bubble flotation column ,with the closed content in tailings of concentrates in Jinduicheng to recover valuable minerals in tailings of molyb- test of copper and molybdenum was studied. U- circuit of one rougher, one cleaner and two scav- engers in rougher sections and three cleaners, one scavenger in cleaner sections , to recover copper and molybde- num in tailings of molybdenum concentrates, an average grade of 34.32% , recovery of 73.97 % of molybdenum concentrate and an average copper grade of 16.83%, recovery of 67.48% of copper concentrate had received . It expands a new road to the recovery of tailings of molybdenum concentrates
