烧结方式对钼制品组织性能的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用湿氢活化烧结、真空烧结及中频感应氢气烧结3种工艺制备出φ17 mm的钼棒坯,对钼棒坯的杂质含量、微观组织、密度进行比较分析,并考察其加工φ0.18mm钼丝的加工性能。结果表明:与中频感应烧结工艺相比较,湿氢活化烧结能迅速完成烧结过程,且其烧结温度大大降低,烧结出的钼坯晶粒细,密度高;真空烧结有利于低熔点杂质的排出,且其深加工性能有较明显的优势。 φ17 mm Molybdenum rods were processed by three sintering methods, i. e. activated sintering in wet hy- drogen, vacuum sintering and mid frequency sintering in hydrogen. The impurity content, density, microstructure of molybdenum rods were compared and the processing performance to φ0.18 mm molybdenum wire was investigated. The results show that sintering course can be quickly completed , temperature and time were greatly reduced , grain size was finer and the density was higher in wet hydrogen than in mid frequency because of activated sintering mechanism. Vacuum sintering is conducive to the discharge of low melting impurities and its processing perform- ance has obvious advantages.
