摘要 叙述了用于生产高纯三氧化钼炉体系统的组成,介绍了炉衬用耐火材料和保温材料的分类和性能。在不同温度条件下,通过对传统炉衬和硅酸铝纤维模块炉衬的传热特性计算,得出了不同炉衬下的设计厚度和热能损失情况。实验结果表明,硅酸铝纤维模块炉衬能显著加快炉子升温速度和提高炉温的均匀度,节能效果显著。 The component parts of the furnace body system for producing high-purity molybdenum trioxides were de- scribed. The classification and performance of refractory material and thermal insulation for furnace lining material were introduced. By calculating the heat-transfer characteristics to traditional furnace lining and silicic acid alumi- num fiber module lining under the condition of different temperatures, the design thickness and heat losses under the different furnace lining were obtained. The results show that the silicie acid aluminum fiber module lining can accelerate the speed of furnace heating significantly, increase the oven temperature uniformity and improve the effi- ciency of energy saving observably.
