摘要
利用红外热像仪对煤矸石山表面温度进行探测,通过分析实验数据,研究观测距离、环境湿度等因素对热红外温度监测的影响。实验结果表明:观测距离和环境湿度与温度具有极显著的负相关性,并拟合出距离-温度曲线和湿度-温度曲线,提取出误差比例因子,利用误差比例因子拟合公式对观测数据进行校正,以提高观测精度,误差控制在10 K左右,可满足实际温度监测的需求。
In this paper, temperature field of waste piles was detected by infrared thermal imager. Research on measuring distance and environmental humidity effecting on thermal infrared temperature measurement precision has been done through analyzing the data. The experimental results show that: the measuring distance and environmental humidity are related to temperature with negative significant correlation. According to the experimental data, distance-temperature curve and humidity - temperature curve are fitted, error scale factors are extracted, the data are adjusted by error scale factor to improve accuracy, and error is controlled in about 10K. The results can meet the actual demand of temperature measurement. It provides important reference value to using infrared thermal imager to detect surface temperature field of waste piles.
