摘要
采用直接苷化法用正十二醇和葡萄糖以对甲苯磺酸和磷酸为二元催化剂合成稠油乳化剂 APG-12。探讨了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度对合成的影响。得出了合成 APG-12的最佳反应工艺条件:醇和葡萄糖摩尔比7:1,反应温度为105~125℃,二元催化剂用量1.3%,压力控制在2~4 kPa。对 APG-12界面张力、乳化性能进行了测定和评价,证明了 APG-12乳化性能优于 LAS 和 OP-10;其乳化性能在 APG-12浓度大于1.5 g/L 时比较稳定。
APG-12 was synthesized from n-dodecyl alcohol and glucose in catalysis system of p-toluenesulfonic and phosphoric acid by using the method of direct glycosidation.The impact of raw material ratio, catalyst dosage and reaction temperature on the synthesis was investigated. The results show that the best synthesis conditions are as follows:the molar ratio of alcohol and glucose 7: 1,the reaction temperature 115℃,the amount of catalyst 1.3%, the reaction pressure 3~4 kPa.At last, interfacial tension and emulsifying properties of APG-12 were determined and evaluated. The results show that APG-12 performance is better than C12 linear LAS and OP-10, its emulsifying properties is more stable when concentration is over 1.5 g/L.
