摘要
近年来,欠注井治理主要采用经济有效的酸化解堵工艺进行治理,但多年现场经验表明,酸化解堵工艺在治理高压注水井和酸敏性地层条件时效果不理想,在选井选层上仍选取具有一定砂岩厚度、油层连通条件较好的欠注井,在水敏程度较弱的葡北及敖包塔区块,选取2口具有典型特点的污染欠注井。通过膨润土膨胀和粘土稳定剂与强水敏岩心分散试验进行清水压裂液的配方优选评价。再通过清水压裂液性能和清水压裂液导流能力进行评价,最后通过缝长优化等措施进行方案优化。本论文探究是为类似酸敏性地层在今后欠注井增注方面探索一条新途径。
In recent years, the treatment of under-injected wells mainly used the technology of acidification and plugging removal. But, the field experience has shown that the technology of acidification and plugging removal is not ideal for treating high pressure injection wells and acid sensitivity formation. So under-injected wells with a certain sandstone thickness and good connection condition should be chosen. In Pubei and Aobaota blocks with weak water sensitivity degree, two polluted under-injected wells were selected. Firstly, through bentonite expansion and clay stabilizer and strong water sensitivity core dispersion test, formula of water fracturing fluid was optimized. Secondly, properties and diversion capacity of water fracturing fluid were evaluated. Finally, the fracturing scheme was optimized.
