摘要
对未知成分的电镀液中的添加剂进行了定性分析。结合红外谱图分析以及液相色谱—质谱联用仪对镀液中添加剂进行定性分析,分析得出了添加剂中的可能组成物质分别为光亮剂主要成分为1,4—丁炔二醇、环氧乙烷、噻吩—2—磺酸,稳定剂中的可能组成物质为苯并三氮唑、硫脲。准确的证明了糖精结构的存在。实验结果满意,对实际电镀液添加剂分析有一定的借鉴意义。
Qualitative analysis of additives in electroplating liquid with unknow composition was carried out by infrared spectra analysis and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The analysis results show that the main component of brightener is but-2-yne-1,4-diol, oxirane, thiophene-2- sulfonic acid; and the stabilizer composition material is 1H-benzotriazole, thiourea. The existence of saccharin structure has been proved. Experimental results are satisfactory. The paper has certain reference significance for actual electroplating liquid additive analysis.
