摘要
环氧树脂在电器元件保护方面有着重要的作用,引入萘环改性环氧树脂是环氧树脂改性中一种重要方法。采用2,7-DON和ECH制备得到了二羟基萘型环氧树脂,并与固化剂DDS共混。通过DSC研究其固化动力学和红外分析不同固化时间的羟基含量,以及通过XRD分析不同固化时间的分子链间距,进而得出其最佳固化工艺。
Epoxy resin has an important role in protection of electrical components, and the method of introducing naphthalene is also an important modification method of epoxy resin. In this paper, dihydroxynaphthalene epoxy resin was prepared from 2,7-DON and ECH, and then mixed with curing agent DDS. The curing kinetics and hydroxyl content in different curing time and the molecular chain spacing in different curing time were test by DSC, FTIR and XRD respectively, and then the optimal curing process was obtained.
