Application of automatic batching technology in industrial production was reviewed. The 3 kt/a general catalyst production line of Fushun Petrochemical Company was introduced. Its process, key equipments and advantages of this production line were analyzed. The production practice shows that the automatic batching system has stable performance. This system can mix material uniformly and precisely. This stable performance can guarantee that the produced catalyst has good technical and economic indexes.
